C'est un travail pénible en plein soleil.
Picturit: They had to work fast or the cement will dry up too soon.
It is always good to watch other people work. Nicely shot.
Picturit: I can watch it for hours, Michael grin.....Thank you.
Nice capture of these worker men! I like the red cement mixer!
Picturit: They did a great job and they even knew my name.... wrote it in concrete

This is the land of Teutonic concrete Astrid. There is even a totem pole made of the stuff
Picturit: They love the stuff, Chris. And they put it everywhere I looked...
Great place for roller skating.
Awwwww. Look how that man paid tribute to you in the new cement. It will stay "buried" there forever. smile
Picturit: I wonder how they knew I would be there and they wrote my name in the cement, Ginnie...
Courageux ces ouvriers ..bel hommage !
Picturit: Thank you kindly, Claudine.

Michael would enjoy watching this man at work. He particularly admires decorative paving and wonders how they get it so flat
Picturit: Me too, Lisl. They did a great job and knew what they were doing. They even wrote my name in the concrete.

Our desire is to reconfigure the world in concrete.
Picturit: Yes, odd isn't it, Chad. And they wonder why after a rain shower the city is flooded.....
I love work. I could watch it all day
Picturit: Me too, Bill. I think they will get tired if I would stand there for an hour....
Heel mooi fascinerend straatbeeld.
Picturit: "werkend persoon" fascineerd mij altijd smile... het was erg heet op dat plein voor de Dom, volgens mij was het cement snel hard....
I like this picture, I always consider laying paving is quite a skilled job, we had a new patio layed last year and the men took a long while to make sure it was all level.
Picturit: This is a trade on its own and yes these men know what they do, my total respect here, Brian.

A fine job they will make of it, too, i'm sure.
Picturit: They knew what they were doing is my guess.
they are doing this work the old fashioned way Astrid.... they had to come and cover up the name scratched into the wet cement the day before....petersmile
Picturit: Indeed and they hurried to cover up my name.... it is a good thing I was not put in prison grin..

between the two of them, they have everything under control, Astrid - very competent!
Picturit: I think so too, Ayush. My guess is that they worked together for many hours.

Oh, he is going to cover your artwork. I love to see people working when I walk the streets - it means that I can continue relaxing.
Picturit: I know, Louis sad. I have the same thought you have, give somebody younger my job or a job, we did our time...
Hard at it...
Picturit: They had to make sure the cement was still workable before it became to hard in the sun..
And they are actually working! Ha! Of course I love, love, love your name placement! Sooooo good!
Picturit: grin.... yes Robin, they actually worked and it was warm that day. Don't you just love it that I will be there forever covered up by cement wink..
Thank you as always.
