Un peu délabrée cette maison.
Picturit: It is not used anymore, Martine.
Nice shot and treatment, Astrid.

Looks like a charcoal drawing Astrid
Picturit: Indeed so, Chris. The beams are rough wood and very basic.
Chris is right about the charcoal drawing. I think Don and Ruth would enjoy seeing your take on this.
Picturit: Thank you, Ginnie. I will show them this one too. It was fun to capture some of the things on their grounds.

Your fascinting treatment emphasises the wood this farmhouse was made of.
Picturit: Thank you, Philine. The wood is rough untreated wood just painted white. It used to be a studio for multiple use.Astrid.

There's a fine old building. I like the rough hewn timber.

That looks light and airy Astrid, did you stay here?
Picturit: This used to be the studio of my sister in law. I loved the rough wood what they used.
TRès pittoresque ..j'adore le bois
A fine rustic construction that suits the treatment Lady P
I very much like this. I'm not syaing this was easy to do but back in the old darkroom days one had to be very skilled to produce an image like this.
Picturit: I know, Brian. That always blows my mind. However I think that the old material was different than the new cameras we use and all the software involved. In the darkroom we had some tricks to get some special effects. Tricky but fun to do.
So cool what can be done with a photo.
Picturit: I totally agree here, Mary. I take a picture and the software does the rest.... I love to play around.
great old abandoned building Astrid... good treatment....petersmile

terrific image! i love the processing which goes very well with the timbre, i think!
Picturit: Thank you for your kind words, Ayush. Sometimes I love to play around and am surprised with the outcome.
Mythical, it seems painted by hand.
Picturit: I know what you mean, Claudio. Thank you for your kind words.
Very appropriate for B&W - although a little colour popping on the tree through the window might be interesting smile
Picturit: Thank you for that thought, I might keep that for the next time. Soon I will have "more" time with my photo's. Thank you, Tom, as always.
