vibrant colours all around, Astrid. i wonder what are the bricks in the back for?
Picturit: That is a truck at the foreground and that was in the same bad shape as the boat. Maybe putting all the stones in the back made the truck have the "last breath"....
The boat looks like it hasn't seen water for awhile. Nicely shot.
Picturit: You are right about that, Michael and to know that the water is within a mile from this spot...
Thank you.
Un bateau bien fatigué...
Picturit: I think this boat needs a lot of Tender Loving Care, Martine. What a nice project that would be over winter...
Such a burst of color in this image!
Picturit: We were there at the right time and to think to be there next year again, makes me very happy.

Some great colour to greet my day, Astrid
Picturit: Indeed, Lisl. The colours were a joy to look at.
I just love this hodge-podge of color, Astrid. And your signature once again puts me in awe!
Picturit: Thank you so much, Ginnie. I was kind of surprised to see this along the main road next to a house.
That signature was fun again.

Men at work here, too, but at the moment they have holidays.
Picturit: They might take a very long vacation by the sad look of this boat, car and yard.. sad
Une remise en etat semble bien utile !
Picturit: You are so right here, Claudine. A lot of tender loving care here is needed.

Lui ne goûtera pas les joies de la mer aujourd'hui
Picturit: From what I see, it might be never, JP. Which is a shame.

I'm not sure it's seaworthy Astrid!
Picturit: I think everybody can zee that, Chris, even the people with no knowledge of sailing and "floating around".

I can see that the bricks in this vehicle are shaped to hold the boat Astrid.
Picturit: I hope they will find another kind of transportation IF they ever finish the boat, or they might wait for a lot of rain and sail to sea....
Boot vrijdag en lekker gezellig rommelhoekje
Picturit: smile Inderdaad, Marjolein. Dit rommelhoekje was aan een doorgaande weg net naast een huis....
A fine picture Lady P. A rich palette of colours
Picturit: Thank you very much, Bill. This was next to a house along the main road.

When you run out of energy for the job at hand.
Picturit: I think with this job you cannot run out of energy, Louis.

this boat could use a bit of fixing and and paint job Astrid....petersmile
Picturit: "A bit".... I think this might be a major winter job, Peter wink.
Mines a worse wreck than yours....smile
Picturit: Mine looks like there is "nothing wrong with it" compared to yours, Frank.

Doesn't look to be going to sea anytime soon.
Picturit: Maybe never again, Alan... Too bad. The sea is so close-by.

Secret spot?
Picturit: Just along the road, next to a house.
In need of some TLC.....a lovely autumnal image, Astrid smile
Picturit: Thank you, Martin. We were there at the right time.
You have a lot to do to get Astrid shipshape. smile

I love the white pine on the right. Mine is very old and sad looking. They are wonderful trees.

The boats are contrasting with the autumn scenery behind.
Picturit: One boat, one car in the side yard of a house near the road... It was quite the junkyard, Cherry.
