Picturit: Don't you just love it. I had a great time al by myself...This day I stayed "home" and the group went to Alberobello.
Belle lumière malgré le ciel sombre.
Picturit: Thank you, Martine. It stayed dry all day.
Terrific shot - From top to bottom! Brilliant name placement! smile
Picturit: Thank you, Elizabeth. I loved this place to walk around.
My kind of day and place, Astrid! You took some ME time here while the rest of us visited the trulli houses in Alberobello on a very rainy day. I'm so happy you did!
Picturit: This was a great day for me to stay home and walk around and get energized again, Ginnie. I am happy that you got to see Alberobello.

I never heard of this place - a very lovely place for some ME time!
Picturit: Very small town but for me perfect to walk around and enjoy to be by myself.
Très pittoresque !
Picturit: It was delightful little village and not very touristy too.
Love that sky!! In fact I love the whole picture Lady P
Picturit: Thank you, Bill. The sky was wonderful to look at and it was blown into that direction too.... I even had sun later on.

They get some heavy rain t times Astrid, as I have been caught in. I see the brooding clouds.
Picturit: I was so lucky that day, the wind was into that direction and at the coast I had some sun. It can rain like an instant though, like you said, Chad.
a nice, sharp looking scene, Astrid. i like these pastel shades - they are unmistakably Italian.
Picturit: This is almost straight from the camera, that sky and those house, it is wonderful and yes, so Italian, Ayush. Thank you.

The sort of place Maureen and I would love to spend some time.
Picturit: Brian, you would have loved this place. No tourist-shops, just local people and good basic restaurants, a few churches, some alleys, cemetery, what else do we need. At the coast it stayed dry, the rain was inland.

I love this, Astrid. Your processing sets a wonderful mood.
Picturit: This is almost straight from the camera, Beth. It was that sky, rain inland and sunny at the coast.
Dit is echt typisch Italiaans.
Zo mooi is zo'n sfeerkade/haventje !!
Looks like an idyllic spot!
Picturit: This is one of those villages that are nice and quiet and very low on tourists.
Oh! i like this very much Astrid... bright sunlight on the boats in the harbour and the buildings... then there are ominous clouds rolling in above it all....petersmile

i like your Style toosmile
Picturit: Thank you, Peter. smile The rain was inland and I had a a nice and sunny walk along the harbour and into the village. Very low on tourists too smile

Sun this side and dark clouds at the back - excellent.

Astrid Style?
Picturit: Thank you, Louis. I was so lucky to know that the wind was the other way and that the rain would be far away... grin... yes, "Astrid Style"... whatever style that might be.
