I was desperately trying to catch up with Christmas day postings but SC beat me. But I can be the first to say that this is just gorgeous Astrid.

I'll be the second to say it, Astrid: this really IS gorgeous! There's a calm quietness about this home for the harbor master in this early moment of the day. I can imagine how therapeutic it is for him. I would love to sit there on that boat for a day and take it all in...and maybe watch how he does his job. Maybe I'd see you taking a picture of us? smile
Picturit: Well it was therapeutic for me too, I posted for 4 days at this spot, I almost got frozen solid to the ground, but I did get some real frost sunrises and when I do see the harbour-master (I never did yet) I 'll ask him if he wants to pose, he might be ugly though and than I have a lot of pp to do grin

I like these early misty quiet mornings,deze verstilde vredezame momenten in de vroegte, vrlicht door een zach morgenrood, als het water alleen maar de dieren toebehoort, dan zeggen we: "De wereld is nog in orde", maar ik denk dat de wereld hier in Nederland de gehele dag is in orde en harmonie! Ja, het is een beeld vul overeenstemming. (Sorry, alleen maar één punt: Ik zou van de inlijsting willen afzien!)
Picturit: Je hebt helemaal gelijk, de wereld hier is 'in orde', maar ik heb het geluk om 'op het platte land' te wonen, ik zou voor geen goud in de grote steden willen wonen, leuk voor een dagje maar verder; het is me daar veel te druk... ja en over die omlijsting kunnen we nog wel eens van mening verschillen, ik ben daar zelf ook nog niet uit.....Philine bedankt voor je lieve reactie, Astrid.
Lovely tones. I love the ducks and the trees, especially the willow.
Picturit: We have very many willows and I think that are the most beautiful trees that belonges next to the waterfront, they are 'one' with its surrounding, thanks Mary as always smile

This soft atmosphere is why it's worth getting up early. So lovely.
Picturit: The time before and just with the sunrise is the most beautyful time of the day, summer and winter I am always an early riser smile glad you like it Ruth, still one day to go wink have a great time!!

Excellent and what a great atmosphere on an early foggy morning.

I wonder what is going on with Shutterchance. I view the buddies link and the update status is the same as monday. I thought everybody must be fighting an enormous hangover, maybe Shutterchance is tongue
Picturit: I noticed too and get annoyed with it, but who knowes when they sleep off the enormous hangover they might restore it tonguetongue, glad you like my picture though, I took it when I was sober LOL tongue
