.......Black Monday above Greenland..... no joke.....

Chadair flew over Greenland and I happen to look out of the window..........60°07'13.6"N 44°04'20.9"W

This is the end of a glacier.

I don't think I'll be going trekking there Astrid, and I'm certainly not going to fly Chadair!
Picturit: Lots of snow however I saw some tracks too and after a google I found some villages of maybe 90 people....I would not mind seeing things like these... https://visitgreenland.com/about-greenland/animals-of-greenland/

Picturit: Home Sweet Home indeed... I was so excited after finding out that this was Greenland... thought of you right away smile

Yes but should Chadair have be thousands of miles away instead and was hopelessly lost? Mind you, perhaps they were flying over Greenland looking for their founder? I was surprised on my homeward flight from Montreal how little land we fly over. Heading westwards to Vancouver mots of the flight seemed to be over land - or ice smile
Picturit: I always love flying over country and I am glued tot the window. Sometimes I see the most beautiful things, like the Alps or Greenland...England...Norway...
This was fun...I did not see a statue of founder Chad though wink.

Super window shot, Astrid, you can see some great sights on that flight path.
Picturit: Thank you, Frank. I love being next to the window. I have a special file with what I see from the window... I love it.

Chad Air allow you to write graffiti on their airplanes? You must be good friends with the owner smile

That view of the glacier is quite a view.
Picturit: We were handed spray-cans and we were allowed after take-off to do what ever we wanted outside the airplane... This was fun!!! That glacier was such a wonderful sight. Always difficult to capture though.
Astrid.
Fine in black and white...
Picturit: Thank you, Larry. This was very fascinating to us..
