Stunning entrance!
Picturit: It was magic, the city was all lit up, we all stood on deck to watch this.
Astrid.
Oooooh Ahhhhhh!!!!!!
Gorgeous night shot, Astrid!
(I love looking for your name placement!)
Picturit: Indeed many 'ooooooh's and ahhhhhh's' were heard while we all stood on deck. In pictures like this I don't want my signature to be too obvious, always try to 'blend in' with it. Thank you, Elizabeth.
Astrid.
Beautiful, Astrid.
Picturit: Thank you, Frank.

Oh wow, Astrid. Such a wonderful memory from that trip FOUR years ago!
Picturit: I know, 4 years ago, time flies and we have seen so many stunning things.
Thank you, Ginnie for joining me on these incredible trips.

Certainly - especially in such gorgeous light. It looks to be a golden city.
Picturit: At night it indeed looks like a golden city. We stayed another 4 days on our own and we traveled by Tram to the big cemetry outside the city. On that tram we came through the 'real' Budapest and we saw a lot of poverty. But then, which big city does not have areas with poverty. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Astrid.
This is simply stunning Lady P
Picturit: Thank you, Bill. It is quite the city. Lots of history too. I hope you did fine with the book-sale yesterday.

Aye, ye have a steady hand. I like the golden look, that resulted.
Picturit: Thank you, Louis, You taught me to breath out while you 'shoot'... and it works. It was quite the entrance, we docked in city center.
Astrid.
I hope you felt welcomed. Wow!
Picturit: Yes indeed, people are friendly this was quite the entrance.
Astrid.
I like the golden colour of the lights and reflections.
Picturit: The sky was lit up by all the light in Budapest and they did a great job with putting those spotlights on the big architecture all over the city.

So beautiful smile
Picturit: Thank you kindly, Cherry. It is a wonderful city, we spent another 4 days on our own after the river cruise.
Astrid.
what a grand view! this is truly magnificent, Astrid. handheld while sailing, you have quite a still looking shot. i would have blurred it all up.
Picturit: It was an amazing view. Louis once told us on Shutterchance when you have to 'handheld' a longer exposure, first take a deep breath and while you push the button, breath out.... He told us that hunters do the same thing to 'not miss' the target they aim for....
Astrid.
A very fine night shot!
Picturit: Thank you, Tom. I took many shots to make sure I had at least one to use....
Astrid.
