Moody atmosphere!
Before the dawn breaks?
Just love all those naked branches reaching to the sky!
I love this Black Mondag view of trees Astrid, broody like the winter can be. But each day is getting lighter now as we are eleven days into the new...whatever it's called.

Oh, I love this wall of wintery trees and the wintery atmosphere - today we have some snow.
This is one of the main reasons why I love this time of the year...when we get to see the naked trees without their clothes on!!! And I love how your signature is like another branch!
Un peu triste pour ce début d'année.

Yes these really are trees Astrid and they look cold. In the UK people have been knitting or crocheting coverings for erect objects such as bollards and posts, trees too

No- nothing else..

Yes ...and good images of them.
In winter she is showing her bones. Soon she will start to knit her green summer dress.

So, you had to sleep outside? Naughty Astrid. Lucky for us, you took your camera with you.
I love seeing trees in the winter as much as when they are fully in leaf.
I never tire of photographing trees...nice!
this would make a wonderful scene to open a mystery movie Astrid...
a superb b&w image and your signature below the branch....petersmile
a dark view... I like it...
