Beautiful scene, and a very effective crop, Astrid...love it!
Picturit: Thank you, Ray. Too bad there was no sun on the boats, the colour would have been even more radiant.
Astrid.
very old and a few new boats in this beautiful harbour Astrid... i like the letterbox crop....petersmile
Picturit: Thank you, Peter. I love those boats and they are well kept and they make sure the boats are painted.
Astrid.
I love this colorful shot - in pano style!!! What a wonderful place!
Picturit: This was the second trip and we loved the boats. The paint is so radiant and the water so blue..

Que c'est joli ! J'aime beaucoup les bateaux colorés.

Very nice too Astrid, some agreeable areas of cheerful colour in this shot
Picturit: Too bad there was no sun on the boats, the colours would have been more radiant. I love those boats, they are kept well.

Look at you, MLMA! This is such a fun way to see this absolutely splendid fishing harbor in Marsaxlokk. The letter crop works perfectly!
Picturit: Thank you, MLS. I do like the buildings, but I loved the boats more. I am surprised that the crops works well smile

la coque est colorée
JP
Picturit: It is amazing how colourful these are when the sun is shining on them... A real treat.
Astrid.
A fine panorama Astrid. Are those boats typically Maltese in style?

Thank you, Chad. These are the Luzzus. And I have to say that they keep the boats in great shape and well painted.

A sort of race - a busy harbour- I love the colourful boats!

These are the Maltese boats, well kept and wonderful painted.
Astrid.
It's good to see those life preservers...
Picturit: You never know what can happen... they were all over the pace.
Astrid.
Simply wonderful with this crop Astrid! So Mediterranean.
Picturit: We were enjoying these views over and over. So much to see and so colourful. Very impressive.
Astrid.
A lovely curve in the design of the local boats. I noticed in Ginnie's shot that the dock was curved.I am seeing a trend...
Picturit: I don't know. All I know is that the winds can be very rough and Ginnie's picture of the jetty is like a shelter and maybe the design might be better to have a curve in it??
Astrid.
So colourful. A good capture of it.
Picturit: Thank you Jacqueline. We often did not know where to look fist, Malta is a beautiful island.

Knap gedaan! Are the Maltese big on seafood?
Picturit: Thank you, yes they love everything that comes from the sea and almost each restaurant can serve you 'the catch of the day'....
Astrid.
And we love fish...
Their boats are a really beautiful design.
Picturit: The have this design already for many centuries.
Astrid.
A boat lovers dream!!!
Picturit: Indeed... I have enough pictures taken of boats 'to sink a ship'... (as Ginnie would say)...
Astrid.
A wonderful riot of colour Lady P
Picturit: We were so surprised by the way the boats were painted and all were kept well.

Looks like a pano! So much depth and sharp thought.
Picturit: I cropped this one for more than 50%... I just wanted to show the boats.
Thank you Bonnie.
Astrid.
