It won't be long coming....

I like your creative post processing, Astrid.
Picturit: Thanks, I know it will be in business in no time.
Astrid.
Like the ominous feel to this image Astrid. Powerful machinery along with a great dynamic sky!
Picturit: Thank you John. I am still figuring things out. It is fun.
Astrid.
I do hope it will find some. Your processing is great for this!
Picturit: Thank you, there will be work in no time again.

You are having so much fun with this HDR stuff, MLMA. I can't tell you how much I love seeing the passion back as you play around again! THANK YOU.
Picturit: Thank you for your kind words. I realy enjoy working on pictures again. Thanks for keeping up with me wink

Don't panic Astrid. Somebody is bound to knock something over soon, then this thing can help put it back together again
Picturit: I am sure that will happen. We always have to look at the bright side of things.

A refined, dramatic picture taken and processed in Ginnie's style - but my personal view, sorry, you should find your own style...
Picturit: Even if the end result is somewhat similar, this process very different from from what Ginnie does, Philine.
Actually, this is real HDR with 3 images, which is something Ginnie has never done.
However, I am very eager to fine tune 'my' HDR in future. It is something I wanted to master for a long time. I don't pretend, I will be as good as some other photographers, but to me, it is about having fun with my pictures. It is very difficult to please everybody with what I do and I am not even trying.

Is this crane on that drug Chad is on about?
Picturit: This crane might come in use to drag Chad away from that window with goodies....
Astrid.
This crane (Astrid or not) looks a little old fashioned for a go-ahead country like the Hollandlands.
Picturit: This was at an 'old iron' place. Lots of goodies. In the back is a chemical factory. One day, I intend to go there at night, taking pictures. Lots of lights. It is just outside our town.
Astrid.
I'd have to agree that this is very different to Ginnie & good luck with your HDR ventures, I look forward to seeing the results Astrid!
Picturit: Thank you Fred. I will post some more in the near future.
Astrid.
A great sky Astrid, with the crane reaching for the light!
Picturit: Thank you Martin. Still figuring out the HDR. sad so difficult smile BUT fun.

Astrid is out of work? Who will pay for the coffee and stroopwafels today? Calamity!
Picturit: Ginnie and I were out in the streets today. There are flee-markets all over. (Koninginnedag) We bought some DVD's for 50 cents each. Tomorrow early shift again. That will pay for the koffie met stroopwafels.
Een kort weekje, 4 dagen werk en dan 2 weken vakantie. Zaterdag gaan we weer naar Chris toe, t/m donderdag 10 mei.
Astrid.
I love how you're playing around with new software. I like learning new things and trying to figure it all out even though I'm not always successful! Keep up the great work!
Picturit: smile I am not always successful, or it does not do what I want. But I don't care that much. I love doing it.
Thank you for your visit.

Picturit: Thank you for your kind words. I scrolled through your archive. You have great pictures, very colourful!
Astrid.
I like the dramatic feel in it Astrid. Very nice treatment!
Picturit: Thank you kindly Richard. I am still trying.
Astrid.
Good processing Astrid, the sky has come out very well.
Picturit: Thank you Brian. It is difficult, but fun to keep trying.
Astrid.

A crane with your name on - how could you not take a picture of this!
I to like the way you have post processed this image. The somewhat harsh look goes well with the subject.
Picturit: I am trying to fine-tune it more. I just have to keep practising. I put my signature on that crane. I try to find places in the picture where I put my name in. (it is kind of my 'specialties'wink
