So crisp the whole scene looks snap-frozen, Astrid.

Were you out on your bicycle?
Picturit: We stayed at a beautiful B&B on the opposite of the road, a renovated farmhouse. Thank you for your kind words.
Astrid.
COLD! And a beautiful landscape you've captured!
Picturit: It was COLD, but so delightful, sunrise, the most beautiful part of the day.
Astrid.

Brrrrrrrrrrrr. I can still feel it, MLMA. It was such a beautiful, quiet, restful place out in the middle of nowhere. I LOVE this scene, exactly as I remember it!

Well worth it Astrid, should act as motivation for the rest of us - wonderful light!
Looks like it could be here and we had those temps last week too. Very pretty light.
That looks a nice little place to stay Astrid. I presume where Ginnie comes from this would be called a farmstead.

A bit like its over here at the moment Astrid cold and a dusting of snow.

Like how you caught the sun on the roofs.

I am disappointed that you did not also give us the temperature in the dizzying heights of Kelvin Astrid. Is that a horsey jump in the field? I like the sun and shadows on the buildings.
A wonderful winter scene Astrid. I love the tones!

Very cold, very beautiful. You are a hero to catch those first rays. Likey.
Picturit: Thank you so much Louis for your kind words. I love the morning light and have no problems setting the alarm to get up.

That is a beautiful scene, I would love to go walking there in the crisp cold. I would be wrapped up very warm of course ;-)
The lighting is incredible! Fabulous capture on that cold morning!
Picturit: I love the morning light and I am always up early too. Never let an opportunity go by in a nice surrounding.
Have a good day today.
Astrid.

It could make my day!
Adtrid.

looks like we have it better than you guys over there, so i won't complain anymore.. lol! and you were out shooting! grin
Picturit: grin.... I love the early light. It was cold but very nice and crisp cold. To be outside for me is very important. Next week it will start raining 'warm water' again, so the skating fun will be over.... sad
Astrid.
Hi Astrid... yesterday it was -22°C when we left for the airport... today we are it +14°C... we have followed the sun southgrin.... i love your photo with the morning light throwing long shadows across the field....petersmile
This photo perfectly captures the cold of the atmosphere ... I love it!
