it is a double rainbow after a heavy thunderstorm

[Funny thing, Astrid...I have never seen a rainbow in Thailand where it rains a lot, but saw many in Australia where it rains only a little.]
Picturit: This is very surprising to me, maybe because the sun is at a different angle, the colours do not show??

At 8:30 last night it was very dark and cold where I live.

Bright picture in the after light. I wish you a rainbow, I wish you an attic, I wish you an MLS to share it tonight.

Ohh, very nice. I love the golden (sounds better than brown smile ) color of the sky.

Oh, heel geweldig! Dit zijn magische momentjes idd- alleen maar twee keer heb ik een dubbel-regenbogen beleefd- we hadden ook een sterk onweer over de gehele nacht, en zelf nu is het nog aan het onweren! Ja, ik kan jou navoelen hoe gelukkig jij mocht zijn geweest toen je deze foto heeft opgenomen...!
Picturit: Philine jij voelt het helemaal goed aan, dit zijn toch magische momenten van de natuur, die laat zien dat het ook mooi kan zijn na regen en storm, er was ook helemaal geen schade en het was ook maar kort.
De regenboog liet zich zeker 5 minuten bewonderen.

What a cracking view, Astrid. I always thought double rainbows were unusual but they are quite common apparently.
Picturit: A few times a year we do get them, but don't ask me why, I have another picture of a year back and it is double but not a high as this one.
WOW nice rainbow.Hope the storm wasn't too noisy and heavy as the ones i know in NL .And who needs godl when you are in love?grin
Picturit: You just said the right things, I found the love of my life too....and no the storm was not to noisy, I hope you get used to that.
Are you able to immigrate to the Netherlands soon??

The rainbow (double or single) is enough reason to dance or be merry even without the pot of gold.

The quality of the light is rather amazing.

the rainbow is very nice but the light absolutley stunning.

What a lovely rainbow Astrid, well worth the capture. Could this be the same one we saw off the coast of Northumberland one night last week. Great recording, not one of the "messed about" versions that irritate me.
