I have 6 posts about 'what I see going to my work, by bike', no need to say that that day I just about made it in time………

These pictures were taken around 7 o'clock in the morning, it was cold, foggy, however above the fog the blue sky was there and it was a beautiful day.

I love this time of day, the air is crisp, the flowers bloom, birds are singing, I fully enjoy my 25 minutes ride to work.

Lovely quality of light Astrid and nice use of the branches to add to the depth.

This is exceptionally beautiful, Astrid...and, beautifully presented.

The partly drawn lace blind of budding twigs adds to an already superior scene.

I Muvrini's music [with Sting supporting] is nice, too.
Love the fog and the way it tries to hide the landscape. The branch in the foreground is a nice touch.

prachtig- vooral de neerhangende taken van de boom/de bomen - zoals een fijn kluwen van draden or beter lijnen zoals op een abstract schilderij- neerhangend van de hemel, ja, dit moet zijn! - en dan het mooie mistige morgensfeertje- een echt wondermooie beeld waar ik houd van- zo mooi dat deze situatie voor mij zo kon blijven de gehele dag ! Een goede week toegewenst van Philine

Picturit: Almost Friday again....grin we had a great day, we work hard and if we are done by next Wednesday 4.30P for Friday the 22nd......we will have a long weekend.
Ascension Day is a Holiday for us....so 4 days in a row OFF....tonguetonguetongue

I like the way you have framed this with the branches in the foreground. The mist gives the whole scene a sense of mystery. Beautiful.

Riding a bike to work does certainly have it's advantages. You get loads of exercise and these lovely scenes as well. Beautiful shot.
Picturit: I only have a bike wink...and yes I am in great shape, I love it, and......after works it gives me time to 'cool off' the frustration of work I sometimes have....gringrin..
NOT every day though, no way, I love my work...

Ohhhh, De Koepelkerk from a distance! I didn't know that was it until you mentioned it. And to think we were there together up close and personal. I'll never forget the quiet cemetery. This has so much symbolism, lieve vriend..."from a distance"...and soon, GAUW, it will be right next to us. We'll be able to reach out and touch what it symbolizes for us.

een fijne website over Arkel- de Koepelkerk, de molen...een prachtig Hollands plekje zoals ik al week uit je verhaaltjes!
Helaas kan ik niet naar de muziek luisteren- zeker mooi (Sting)
Picturit: Gelukkig heb je de muziek nu wel kunnen horen, Arkel is heel oud en heeft een ruime geschiedenis.
Ik heb het er erg naar mijn zin, verhuizen zal moeilijk zijn, ik woon hier al 23 jaar.
Maar ik weet zeker dat ik er geen spijt van zal krijgen

I like the mystery here with the mist. An interesting building in the distance; it looks like Concorde stood on its tail!

The trees are waking up from a deep winter slumber as they are starting to sprout.
Picturit: They are so beautiful right now, warm weather and some rain does the trick.

Great picture - makes me think of hunting in the fall when the air is cold in the early morning.

De muziek is ook echt goed- en je kan beginnen te dromen...!
Picturit: smile Philine ik hou van heel rustige muziek.....maar op zijn tijd kan ik helemaal uit mijn dak gaan met muziek van Queen en muziek van Jeroen...nou ja 'muziek'.....
Bij deze foto hoort rustige muziek.
Ik vind het prachtig om dat te zoeken.
