Oh Astrid, it's that time of year when the daffodils arrive and the world rears its sleepy head again. You captured the morning due on the petals. Lovely, lovely shot!
Picturit: I was at a very dear friend and her garden is full of these daffodils, the sun was out and she was honoured I wanted to capture her flowers.

This is quite startling popping out of the black background. The detail is amazing - love the sparkle on the petals. The promise of new life is so welcome after the dreary months of late winter.

A very nice glimpse of spring Astrid. Abbie picked me some daffodils for Mother's Day yesterday.

Yellow on black, the perfect combination - bring on the sunshine ;o)
Picturit: The sun was shining so bright that the background turned black, I do love the colour combination and it is said that yellow letters written on black are the best combination.
