Love the composition, Astrid...and the storyline!
Picturit: Thank you kindly, Ray. Cornwall is great with these beaches...
Astrid.
... And found... perhaps not by the rightful owner -but you got a very lovely photo out of it! smile
Picturit: I left it there to be found by somebody who would take good care of it... Thank you, Elizabeth smile
Astrid.
Now how fun is that! Cool!
Picturit: Thank you, Robin. One of those things you find on a deserted beach smile

Brilliant! Love this composition Astrid..
Picturit: Thank you, Chris. I love beaches and I always am able to get a few good shots..
Astrid.
I love the DOF in this image, Astrid, besides that you found the seahorse. I see your signature got "lost" in the sand, though.
Picturit: My signature is not the best, I think a little 'watery'... The seahorse made me smile and it gave me a good picture to be taken.

If I knew what it is - a fine observation as always and a lonely beach.
Picturit: It is a plastic seahorse, kids play in the sand with it, it is a mold.
I love lonely beaches.
Astrid.
One of your best recent pictures Lady P.
Picturit: Thank you, Bill. Back in business again and Federer is the right winner of the Championships... as for Jamie Murray and Martina Hingis smile
now we have to wait 50 weeks again.....

Oh well seen! The splash of red really leaps out. The beach has just the right number of people for me... none smile
Picturit: Don't you love this deserted beach, it was raining and nobody to be seen, LOVED it, the seahorse was great company... it did not say a word HA.
Astrid.
Beautiful composition and I really like the pop of red against the gloomy background smile
Picturit: Thank you, Charles. I love beaches and this find made me smile smile
Astrid.

So you arrived a lot later in Cornwall than Ginnie? smile

Lost
On a painted sky
Where the clouds are hung
For the poet's eye
You may find him
If you may find him
There
On a distant shore
By the wings of dreams
Through an open door
You may know him
If you may
Picturit: Yes I did... She made sure there was still water in the sea wink..
Thank you for the poem....
Astrid.
Your composition alone is a winner for me Astrid, plus the texture of the rocks, what a great image.
Picturit: From your mouth that is a big compliment!!!! Thank you, Brian. I LOVE your series on beaches boats. We are watching 'hidden villages' with Penelope Keith right now, such a delight!!!
Astrid.
Once lost, but now it's found.
Picturit: Indeed so ad it made a good picture smile
Astrid.
Bright and beautiful and a little out of its place in the surroundings.

You have a good eye for a photograph smile
Picturit: Thank you, Cheryl for your kind words, I do take that as a compliment smile
Astrid.
a beautifully constructed shot here, Astrid.
I'd never have guessed it was a seahorse! Fine image, though!
